Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply only in countries outside Finland.
Guest Comfort's products are intended for businesses and can be ordered by phone or email or through our web-shop. All prices are presented in euros excluding taxes (VAT 0 %) and are valid until further notice. We reserve the right to change prices. All products are sold in full boxes or packages and smaller quantities cannot be purchased. The order will be processed according to the product availability at the time of order arrival. If products are not available at the time of order, we will in most cases ship the missing products as a backorder.
Shipping fees are applied to all exports in Europe. The fee will depend on the size and weight of the order. Guest Comfort’s customer service can give further information. We have a fixed shipping fee only for Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany and the Netherlands, where a shipping fee of 50 € (VAT 0 %) will be applied. We reserve the right to change shipping charges.
Guest Comfort delivers goods only inside the EU. For other countries and territories, the shipment term ExWorks Finland (Incoterm 2010) will be applied, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time varies depending on the country of the shipment. The estimated delivery time for the Baltics is approx. 2-5 working days and the delivery time for Northern Europe is approx. 4-7 working days after Guest Comfort has received your order (or payment in case of prepayment). Some of our products are order products that require longer delivery time. The products are delivered via Guest Comfort's logistics partner to a business address. If you have special requests regarding your delivery, please contact Guest Comfort's customer service.
For orders outside Finland and Sweden, payment is only possible by invoice. Guest Comfort requires prepayment for all first-time orders. For businesses with continuing orders, Guest Comfort can agree on the payment term with 14 days net. The invoices will primarily be sent by email. Guest Comfort reserves the right to demand advance payment also in case of default payment entries, delayed payments or other specific situations. Guest Comfort may, at its sole discretion, close the customer account and cancel an order.
Guest Comfort can accept sample orders, if samples are available at the time of order. Product samples are sent free of charge only for companies with a business relationship with Guest Comfort. Guest Comfort evaluates each sample order separately and reserves a right for rejecting a sample order at its sole discretion. Our customer service can provide further information.
Product guarantee and returning defected products
Guest Comfort provides a full product guarantee. If you have received a wrong product or if your product is defected or damaged, it will primarily be replaced with a new product. Complaints and returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. The returned product will be refunded only if the product is unused and in its original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We will not compensate for product defects due to customer negligence. After receiving the products, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect that the products don’t have any defects. In addition, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the products are used and stored correctly, taking into account their qualities and packaging.
Ownership and title to the products is transferred to the customer once the purchase price has been fully paid.
Guest Comfort is under no obligation to accept any products that have been returned without prior agreement between the customer and Guest Comfort. If Guest Comfort has approved the return, the defected product can be returned free of charge. A document should be attached with your company name and address, the name of the buyer, telephone number, customer number and reason for the return. Product shelf times
Most of our cosmetic products last for three years or until the best before date, if the products are unopened and properly stored. An opened skin care product generally lasts about six months unless otherwise stated on the packaging. Some products have a PAO symbol that shows how long the product is usable after it is opened (PAO = period after opening).

Changes in terms and conditions
Guest Comfort reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the sale and ordering by publishing the new terms and conditions on their website. The customer shall read the applicable terms and conditions prior to placing an order.
Guest Comfort shall not be liable for any delay or damage resulting from an obstacle beyond its control, which it could not reasonably have foreseen or for consequences it could not have avoided. Force majeure includes, for example, industrial disputes and strikes, sickness of staff, bans on imports and exports, as well as possible disruptions in transport.
